The first Qur’an printed in Morocco, some fifteen years after lithography reached Fez. Lithography reproduces the copyist’s own hand, so a Qur’an printed this way is an image of a manuscript, which is why Moroccans preferred it to movable type.
Printed, not manuscript, and we have not found the name of the copyist whose hand it reproduces.
